Unfortunately, their customer service is something that sullies an otherwise great Chinese place in downtown Meredith. My most recent experience made me decide to look elsewhere for Chinese. I made an order for a menu item that had a clear description: Lemon Chicken. When I got home (30 minute drive) and opened the food, I found that I had been given the wrong item. I called Phu Jee and explained the issue. Turns out, the menu is incorrect and I was almost yelled at for trying to tell the woman that it what I ordered was not as described. I asked for a refund and was refused unless I brought the food back; an hour round trip, which I explained to the woman.
I hope that $12.50 was worth a poor review, bad word of mouth and a lost long time customer, Phu Jee.November 17, 2016
